We purchased our home in a hot market where timing and luck were everything. Luck was on our side when we found Jay. If we hadn't, we're certain that we would not be living in the house that we love and now call "home". We hadn't planned on working with a realtor. We wanted to do this on our own and save the realtor fees. But when our first offer on a house was rejected, he had the listing on a house in the same neighborhood. We had never met him.
